A traditional three-letter monogram is a great addition to an outfit that just needs a little something extra. Monograms are stitched in the following format: first initial, last initial, and middle initial. For example, Emma Kate Smith would be monogrammed “ESK”.
Please include the initials and the color you would like monogrammed in the notes section of your order. If ordering multiple outfits, please specify which one you would like monogrammed.
Please include valid contact information when ordering custom items so we can contact you for additional information. All customized items are a final sale. Orders with personalized items will take 7-14 business days to ship. The items the design is pictured on are sold separately.

Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
